In November, Silk City Coffee is partnering with Open Doors Outdoors, a non-profit that takes Veterans and their families into the outdoors for reconnection, healthy activity, and healing through free adventures like hiking, kayaking, snowshoeing, UTVing, and archery. Services are available to those who would benefit in both Hartford and Windham counties.
What they want you to know:
- We empower participants to find solace, strength, and community in outdoor environments.
- We serve Veterans, their families, and young people, providing reconnection, healthy activity, and healing.
- In 2024, we served 1,000 individuals through our programs.

LCLP FUND
100% of all proceeds from our Love Coffee Love People branded merchandise go into a fund to help support people in need in our local community. You can purchase either in shop or through our mobile ordering site.

If you are a local non-profit with a valid 501(c)(3) Federal EIN, you are welcome to fill out our application. Please be aware that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Each request will be carefully reviewed, and applicants will be notified of our decision.
