Welcome to the online home of Silk City Coffee. This website is operated by our team based in Manchester, Connecticut. When you interact with our site—whether browsing, purchasing, or reaching out—you agree to the terms below. These terms ensure we operate clearly and fairly for everyone.

 

1. Use of Our Website

By using our site, you agree to follow all applicable local, state, and federal laws. Any misuse—including attempts to harm our site, violate copyright laws, or violate others’ rights—may result in termination of service or legal action.


2. Online Store Basics

We offer our coffee and merchandise to both retail and approved wholesale customers. Products, prices, and availability may change without notice.

 

3. Ordering & Fulfillment Schedule

We roast and ship on a weekly schedule to ensure freshness:

Orders close: Mondays at 6 PM EST
Roasting day: Tuesday
Packaging day: Wednesday
Shipping day: Thursday

Orders placed after Monday evening will be included in the following week’s cycle. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

 

4. Shipping Disclaimer

Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. While we do our best to package products securely, we’re not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by shipping companies. If an issue arises, reach out—we review each situation individually and always aim to do right by our customers.

 

5. Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns on non-coffee items so long as they are in the original condition, unused/unworn, within 30 days. Please message us using our chat box featured on our website if you would like to request a return with your order number. If the return is approved, You can mail back the item to the following address. There is a $5.00 restocking fee.

If your return is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and approval. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the refund.

We do not accept coffee returns at this time. However, if there is a problem with your coffee, please email us at wholesale@silkcitycoffee.com so we can find out what’s happening and work to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately so we can address the issue.

 

6. Wholesale Terms

Wholesale pricing is available only to approved accounts. We reserve the right to verify eligibility, set minimum order quantities, and limit access as needed. Wholesale orders are final sale, except in cases of damage or fulfillment error.
